I've spent the last two decades building this kind of thing. I work with a small number of clients at a time, so you get my full attention. Not a junior account manager and a project management tool you didn't ask for.

Two systems that had no way of talking to each other. Registrations and check ins now move between them through the Acoustic API, on their own.
The community platform and the email platform each held half the picture. Now they hand off to each other, right through to the paid upgrade.
