I have 20 years commercial experience in the web industry. I’ve worked in a wide variety of capacities, from designing websites, programming, managing web products, leading teams of developers and analysts, customer research, email marketing, and SEO.

I’ve worked with a range of national and global companies, such as Times Higher Education, The Economist, Haymarket and NBC. I’ve also worked with many small and medium size companies.

This wide breadth of experience gives me a lot of draw on while creating solutions to my clients problems.

Automation, integration and personalisation

  • Custom dynamic call to action tool that gives members the next action for them based on their current status

  • Architected a new membership website solution for The Marketing Society, including integration with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Improvements to the membership site for the UK’s biggest clientside research networking and events organisation, Aura
  • System integration, funnel design and email automation for various companies using Memberstack and ConvertKit

Training

  • Taught Drupal 8 to a range of development teams
  • Taught editors and writers how to manage content using Drupal
  • Author of two books teaching developers how to create custom functionality for the Drupal platform
  • Creator of BeFused.com, a popular educational website for web designers and developers
