You have better things to do than run your business processes manually. Invoice generation, proposal setup, employee onboarding and project management can all be largely automated. I map how the work is being done now, then build the route so it can happen on auto pilot.

System Integration
You have two tools that don’t talk to each other, so someone has to copy info between them. I connect them properly, through their APIs, so the data moves on its own. When something does break, you hear about it rather than finding out weeks later.

How we can work together
I start with a Systems Map: what you run now, and what should happen instead. The build is quoted from it at a fixed price, so nothing gets built before you have seen the map.

It starts with a 90 minute session on your systems and workflows. I map what actually happens now, find where the time is going, and work out what should happen instead. Afterwards I write it up: the whole thing in order, with the effort against each part.

The Build
Fixed price, quoted from the map. Days are booked and scheduled in advance. You know the total before anything starts.
14 day warranty
If something I built does not work as agreed, I fix it. No charge.
For an automation that was already built and has now stopped working.
It starts with a diagnosis hour, £150. At the end you get what broke, what it takes to fix, and a fixed price. The fix itself is then quoted as a fixed price, with the same 14 day warranty.
