We talk through your current setup, what's breaking down, and what you want to achieve. This shapes the sprint scope so we're focused on exactly the right things.
Sprint day(s)
We work together intensively — usually 1 to 3 days — building, testing, and iterating in real time. You're involved throughout so there are no surprises at the end.
Handover & documentation
Everything is documented and handed over so your team can manage it confidently. You're not left dependent on me — that's the whole point.
