Workflow automation & AI

I automate the work you're still doing manually

Most teams don't have a tool problem. They have a system problem.

I'm a systems and automation consultant. I think technology should work quietly in the background, so you can get on with the work that actually matters

One client was downloading a CSV of webinar registrations every week and uploading it to their email platform. Now it just happens.

Is this you?

If you recognise two or three of these, there are hours you can get back.

01

Someone copying data from one tool into another, every week, by hand

02

Typing the same information in twice, in two different places

03

Rebuilding a report or list by hand every month

04

Chasing an approval or a handoff through email

05

Stuck with an automation that has stopped working, and whoever built it has gone

06

Gone from an effective process with five people but is barely held together with reminders at fifteen

Here's a service for you

I remove the repetitive manual work and help you get your time and sanity back by leverage AI and automation tools like Zapier, Make and Claude.

Workflow Automation & AI

You have better things to do than run your business processes manually. Invoice generation, proposal setup, employee onboarding, project management can all be largely automated. I map how the is work currently being done , then build the route so it can happen on auto pilot.

04

System Integration

You have two tools that don’t talk to each other, so someone has to copy info between them. I connect them properly, through their APIs, so the data moves on its own. When something does break, you hear about it rather than finding out weeks later.

How the work gets done

First I look at your current workflows and find where the biggest impact will be. I'll map out the solution, and then move onto the build itself.

Systems Mapping Day

£800one day

One day, focused on your systems and workflows. I map what actually happens now, find where the time is going, and work out what should happen instead. By the end it is written down, in order, with the effort against each part.

The written plan

  1. 01What is happening now
  2. 02What should happen
  3. 03What it takes to get there
  4. 04How many build days it needs

The plan is yours to keep, whoever ends up building it.

The Build

Fixed price, quoted from the plan. Days are booked and scheduled in advance. You know the total before anything starts.

14 day warranty

If something I built does not work as agreed, I fix it. No charge.

For an automation that was already built and has now stopped working.

It starts with a diagnosis hour, £150. At the end you get what broke, what it takes to fix, and a fixed price. The fix itself is then quoted as a fixed price, with the same 14 day warranty.

Hi, I'm Blair

Most teams don't have a tool problem. They have a system problem.

I'm a systems and automation consultant. I think technology should work quietly in the background, so you can get on with the work that actually matters. I've spent the last two decades helping founders and small marketing teams build systems that are reliable and genuinely useful.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, so you get my full attention. Not a junior account manager and a project management tool you didn't ask for.
